ERIA Board Meets for the First Time

April 30, 2009:  The first meeting of the ERIA Board of Directors selected Kristin McMenomey, Mendocino County as President, and Susan Orr, Kern County as Vice President.  Continue development of the funding mechanism and determined 17 counties with some interest in joining.  Board very intereseted in exploring fully insured approach.  April 30th Summary
