Summary of report to EIA Board of Directors

On March 5, 2010 at the EIA’s Board of Director’s meeting, Mike Fleming reported to the Board that there are still only 3 counties officially committed to ERIA participation:  Solano, Kern, and San Luis Obispo.  Mendocino is moving forward with approval.  The EIA Property Committee has approved ERIA membership and a $25M limit on a priority basis.  State Department of Finance approval is still needed.  March 31, 2010 is the launch date approved by the ERIA Board of Directors.  Unless critical mass is committed by that date, the program will not go forward.  Contact Mike for questions or more information.
