At their meeting June 3rd, the Board of Directors approved changes to Addendum A, the Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration Guidelines, for implementation July 1, 2011. The changes include an addition of sections regarding medicare reporting requirements, indexing claims and a timeframe for initiating AOE/COE investigations.
