New Risk Simplified Resource
A school district's employees are one of its most valuable assets. When employees experience general dissatisfaction or unhappiness, it can affect every aspect of their lives, including the workplace. It is important that school districts recognize employee well being and consider taking a holistic approach to wellness. By creating or maintaining a holistic wellness program, a school district can create more inclusivity and potentially reach a larger employee population. PRISM's new risk simplified on the Introduction to the Pillars of Employee Wellness and Holistic Wellness Programs provides ideas to bring a holistic approach to employee wellness to your school district.
National Distracted Driver Awareness Month
In recognition of National Distracted Driver Awareness Month, PRISM Risk Control has complied several training resources to help your school district train employees on the risks of driving while distracted.
