New Blog: DIR Publishes Model Workplace Violence Prevention Plan

As you may be aware, most California employers are required to establish, implement, and maintain an effective Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) by July 1, 2024, as mandated by Senate Bill (S.B.) 553. To assist employers in meeting these requirements, Cal/OSHA has recently released several documents to include a model WVPP and some fact sheets. EPN Partnership with Plexus Global

PRISM Risk Control is excited to announce a new agreement with Plexus Global to offer the Employer Pull Notice (EPN) service. As part of this collaboration, we will be transitioning from our current EPN servicer, A-Check, in the coming weeks. Plexus is working directly with the EPN administrators at each agency currently using the service to ensure uninterrupted receipt of pull notices and striving to make this transition as smooth as possible. In addition, we've made available a webcast on PRISMTV which delves into the transition process and provides a demonstration of the Embark Safety Platform.

This service will continue to be provided at no extra cost with your PRISM Membership. Furthermore, Plexus Global offers a comprehensive range of services for PRISM members, including drug and alcohol testing, background screening, and now driver record monitoring.  For any inquiries, concerns regarding the transition, or if you wish to explore new sign-ups, please do not hesitate to contact Plexus directly.
