| Addressing Homeless Encampments – New Locations! |

| Join PRISM Risk Control and Liability Claims Manager, Terry M. Butrym for a presentation on the challenges in closing a northern California homeless encampment. The discussion will focus on protecting your agency by minimizing claims and avoiding lawsuits. The audience will walk away with valuable tools regarding; interaction with campers, documentation, safety, personal property issues, and providing a relocation site after the closing. PRISM Risk Control continues to work with our Employer Pull Notice (EPN) service partner, Plexus Global, to ensure a smooth transition for members. March 20th is the deadline to return completed paperwork. Plexus is working directly with the EPN administrators at each agency to ensure continued receipt of pull notices. Please reach out to Plexus with any questions or concerns about the transition.

| Safety Management Certification – Summer/Fall 2024 Training Schedule Now Available |

Interested in expanding your knowledge of Safety Management? Explore PRISM's Safety Management Certification courses in the upcoming 2024 Summer/Fall Schedule. The curriculum covers various topics, such as Accident Investigation for Supervisors, Safety and the Supervisor, Workers' Compensation for Supervisors, and more.
All courses will be conducted via Zoom, facilitating active engagement with the course presenter, Juan Cajandig, PRISM's Sr. Risk Control Specialist. Each course incorporates coursework and exams.
